We are an 18+ club. Showing ID is mandatory. It is important to check the minimum age on our website for each event. Some events have a different age minimum.
The opening hours vary each week. You can find the schedule on our website. Every event varies!
We work with lockers which can be used for € 4 euro each locker. A locker token can be purchased downstairs at the machines to the right of the toilets. The lockers are located downstairs, measuring 25x25cm and 30cm deep, and are locked with a key. It cannot be used with money, only locker tokens!
NOTE! If a locker is opened after closing, it cannot be closed again. A new locker token is then needed to close the locker.
Lost something? Every Wednesday after our events, we list all found items on our website under Lost and Found. https://ilost.co/nl/org/panama-amsterdam

At Panama, we use a token system. There are cash registers at the entrance where tokens can be obtained. Payment can be made with both card and cash.
We also have earplugs available at Panama. Earplugs cost €2,50 and can be purchased at the counter.
It is no longer allowed to smoke indoors. Smoking areas have been banned since January 1, 2022. Smoking is allowed outside in small groups. We also no longer sell cigarettes/e-cigarettes.
Free tap water is available at the bar.
Questions about tickets? For more information, questions about non-received tickets, refunds, or other matters, contact the organizers of the event. Panama often does not manage the tickets, so Panama also needs to consult the organizers regarding the question.
For VIP tables, you can visit our website. We offer various table service packages, including entrance fees, drinks, free wardrobe, free toilet, and fast access. VIPS can check in at the entrance upon arrival.

There are various parking spots nearby.
You can also park at the side streets of the Oostelijke Handelskade. On Sundays, street parking is free, and you can park at the end of the street near shopping center Brazilië for free for the first 1,5 hours until 22:00.
